Cooking Instructions

Stovetop

Step 1. Place a non-stick frying pan / iron skillet over medium heat on the stove top, add one tablespoon of oil or pan spray to the pan. You can also use a Dutch oven, or electric griddle.
Step 2. Add your ground Farmer Focus chicken to your pan. Use a spatula to break up and pull off pieces of the ground chicken chunk in your pan.

Step 3. Once the ground chicken is all added to the pan lightly broken up, use a potato masher to mash and break up the ground chicken into fine and small pieces. You could also continue to use your spatula to break the ground chicken into smaller pieces.
Step 4. Stir until the meat is completely browned cooked to 165°F (use a meat thermometer).

Cooking Instructions

Oven

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Using an oven safe dish/pan, place your chicken on it. Once the oven is preheated, bake your chicken for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F.
