HOW-TO-COOK BONELESS SKINLESS BREASTS

OVEN:

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place your chicken on an oven safe dish/pan. Once the oven is preheated, bake your chicken for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F. You can also check to make sure the chicken is fully cooked if the juices run clear.

AIR FRYER:

Note: every air fryer is different, so cook times may vary. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F, then place the chicken inside. Be sure not to overcrowd the chicken. For small breast (5-7oz), cook for 7-10 minutes. For a medium breast (8-10oz), cook for 10-12 minutes. For a large breast (11>oz), cook for 12-16 minutes. Check to make sure the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F.
