Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken Skillet

A family favorite in one pot! This Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken Skillet recipe is super juicy and made with our lean and protein-packed Organic Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast. Perfect for busy weeknights and hungry bellies!

1 package Farmer Focus Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

1 white Onion diced

3 cloves Garlic crushed
-
⅓ cup Sun-dried tomatoes chopped

1 cup Cream
-
2 cups Chicken broth
-
½ lb. Bow tie pasta dry

2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
-
1 tbsp. Paprika
-
2 tsp. Kosher salt
-
1 tbsp. Onion powder
-
1 tbsp. Garlic powder
-
3 tbsp. Butter divided unsalted
-
2 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice your chicken breast in half.
- Season your chicken with the seasonings listed.
- Add some olive oil to the top and make sure the chicken is fully coated in seasoning.
- Set your heat to medium high and add two tablespoons of butter and melt.
- Once bubbly, sear your chicken on both sides for 6 min or until fully cooked through.
- Remove your chicken from the skillet.
- To the same skillet, add the last of the butter.
- Onions, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, chicken broth, cream and some more of the above seasonings.
- Mix that together.
- Then add your dry bow tie pasta.
- Top with your chicken and cover.
- Cook for 10 to 12 minutes until sauce is reduced and pasta is cooked.
- Top with parmesan if you like.
- Enjoy!
