Lemongrass-Ginger Wings with Nuoc Cham

Lemongrass-Ginger Wings with Nuoc Cham deliver bold global flavors, combining a flavorful marinade and umami-packed dipping sauce. These wings are the perfect addition to any table.

 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs Farmer Focus Chicken Party Wings

Lemongrass-Ginger Marinade

  • 3 tbsp lemongrass paste

  • 2 tbsp grated ginger

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 3 tbsp fish sauce

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp neutral oil like canola

Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce

  • 2 tbsp fish sauce

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 Thai chili, minced

Toppings

  • Thai basil leaves

  • Lime wedges

  • Sliced red chili (optional)


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine marinade ingredients, add chicken wings and marinate in the refrigerator for 4-24 hours
  2. When ready to cook, preheat oven to 425°F
  3. Remove wings from marinade, place in a shallow baking dish and roast for 35-40 minutes, if you would like some extra char on the wings, you can place them under the broiler until charred. Wings are fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 185°F
  4. While wings are cooking combine ingredients for the Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauce
  5. Serve wings with dipping sauce and top with Thai basil, lime, or sliced red chili as desired
