INGREDIENTS

  • 2 packs - Farmer Focus Party Wings

  • 12oz - Maple Syrup

  • 1oz - Smoked Chipotle Peppers, diced

  • 1 TBSP - Salt

  • 1 TBSP - Paprika

  • 1/2 TBSP - Black Pepper

  • 2 Cloves - Garlic, minced

  • 2 TBSP - Butter, cubed

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 400F. Pat wings dry and arrange on a sheet tray so there is no overlapping. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F.

2. In a sauce pan, add maple syrup, chipotle peppers, smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic and butter and combine. Over medium heat, simmer sauce while stirring and cook for about 10-12 minutes.

3. Once sauce has reduced down to where it is slightly thick, pull off the heat and add butter and whisk until incorporated then set aside.

4. Once wings reach 165F, remove from the oven and add to a mixing bowl with the maple sauce. Toss together until all wings are coated.
