Preheat the oven to 350°F. Using an oven safe dish/pan, place your chicken on it. Once the oven is preheated, bake your chicken for 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F.
Note: every air fryer is different, so cook times may vary. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F, then place the thighs inside. Be sure not to overcrowd the chicken. Air fry for 10 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F.
Preheat the grill to 450°F; this usually takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Flipping it half-way through, grill chicken for 14 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F.
