For the Chicken Seasoning

  • 1 1/2 tablespoon za'atar

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • Kosher salt

For the Rest of the Dish

  • 1 pound Farmer Focus boneless skinless chicken thighs

  • Roasted sweet potatoes (I used 1 medium sized one)

  • 1/2 cup cooked wild rice

  • Herbed tahini spread
