1 1/2 tablespoon za'atar
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
For the Rest of the Dish
1 pound Farmer Focus boneless skinless chicken thighs
Roasted sweet potatoes (I used 1 medium sized one)
1/2 cup cooked wild rice
Herbed tahini spread
