Instant Pot Chicken Fajitas

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-½ pounds Farmer Focus boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into ½” strips

  • 1 red bell pepper, cored and sliced in ½” strips

  • 1 green bell pepper, cored and sliced in ½” strips

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

  • 1-1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

  • ½ teaspoon cumin

  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (from 1 lime)

  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
