Greek Chicken Burgers

Our butcher-style ground chicken blend offers a light take on hearty meals like burgers without sacrificing the burger taste and satisfaction.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. Farmer’s Focus ground chicken

  • ½ tsp. garlic powder

  • ½ tsp. cumin

  • ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes

  • 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • ½ tsp. salt

  • ¼ tsp. pepper

  • 1 medium zucchini, grated and squeezed dry in a paper towel

  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tsp. olive oil

  • 1 tsp. dried oregano

  • 4 oz. crumbled feta

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • burger buns

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • 1 large tomato, sliced

  • ½ red onion, sliced


INSTRUCTIONS

1.In a large bowl mix together garlic powder, cumin, red pepper flakes, panko, salt, and pepper.

2. Add in Farmer’s Focus ground chicken, grated zucchini, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil. Gently stir to combine.

3. Portion chicken mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

4. Grill or pan fry chicken burgers for about 5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature with instant-read thermometer reads 165°F.

5. Combine oregano, feta, and mayonnaise in a small bowl.

  1. 6. Assemble chicken burgers with toppings: feta mayo, spinach, tomatoes, and red onion.
