Chimichurri Sauce

  • 1 cup packed fresh parsley leaves and tender stems

  • 1/2 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves and tender stems

  • 1 green onion trimmed of most of the white part

  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic peeled

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

To Serve

  • remaining half of the chimichurri sauce

For the Chimichurri Chicken

  • 2 pounds Farmer Focus Chicken Tenders

  • 1/2 of a batch of Chimichurri Sauce
