Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add a small amount of oil or butter to pan. Place sausages in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
OVEN
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place sausages in a single layer on a lightly oiled oven safe dish. Bake for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
