BONELESS SKINLESS BREASTS

Cook on medium to high heat on your pan for 10-12 minutes. Flip the chicken breast 1-2 times throughout the cooking process. Check to make sure the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F.

BONELESS SKINLESS THIGHS

Heat your skillet to medium to high heat. Tuck and fold the thighs, then place in the skillet. Cook on each side for 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F.

Bone-In Skin-On Thighs

Start medium to high heat on your pan and sear each side of the chicken for 3 minutes. Lower heat to medium, then cover the pan with a lid. Cook for 24 minutes, flipping half-way through. Increase the heat again and sear the skin side one last time for about 2 minutes. Check to make sure the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F.

Chicken Tenders

Medium to high heat, for 10-15 minutes, flipping 1-2 times throughout the process. Cook until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165F.

  1. 1. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave.
  2. 2. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat and poultry.
  3. 3. Cook thoroughly until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F.
  4. 4. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
