Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place your chicken on an oven safe dish/pan. Once the oven is preheated, bake your chicken for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F. You can also check to make sure the chicken is fully cooked if the juices run clear.
Note: every air fryer is different, so cook times may vary. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F, then place the thighs inside. Be sure not to overcrowd the chicken. Air fry for 20 minutes flipping halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F.
Preheat the grill to 450°F; this usually takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Flipping it halfway through, grill the chicken for 14 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F.
