Growing the Next Generation of Farmers
We’re proud to support family farms and the generations who will continue them in the future.
About the farmer…
Tony George operates Cat Hollow Poultry with help from Valerie, Tylee, cats Max and Nugget and Zip the dog. Tony is a second-generation farmer and learned the most about farming from his father. Cat Hollow Poultry got its name from the family seeing bobcats on the farm. He is excited to partner with Farmer Focus because of the focus on quality and humane standards. Another thing that is important for Tony is that farming is financially sustainable to support his family today and future generations. He says that farming is a lot of hard work but also very rewarding. If Tony could tell consumers one thing, it would be “we did all we could to raise the chickens in a healthy way.”
